Senior Associate / Lead Associate Brand Marketing & Communications

Experience: 3-5 years

What You’ll Do:

• Event Management: Manage virtual and on-ground events from inception to execution.
• Budgeting: Responsible for budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives.
• Presentation Skills: Demonstrate hands-on presentation skills for effective communication.
• Industry Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry bodies to enhance brand visibility.
• Creative Briefs: Develop and execute creative briefs for marketing and promotional materials.
• Campaign Curation: Curate and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Public Relations: Handle public relations activities, including drafting press releases and managing media relations.
• Content Briefs: Ability to draft creative and compelling content briefs for various marketing channels.
• Strategic Thinking: Apply strategic thinking to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Work Background: Preferably in media, communications, events, marketing, and marcom roles

Who You’ll Need to Be:

• Proven experience in Marketing communications.
• Good in B2B Marketing campaigns with experience in virtual and on-ground campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation skills with attention to details.
• Should have good copy writing and editing skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
