Sujay brings over two decades of deep experience across the banking and payments industry in functions such as Business Development, Direct Sales, Account Management, Credit Operations, Fraud Risk Management, Audit, Project Management, and BPO Process Migration /Transition. He has held leading roles in organizations like Citibank, Visa, and Mastercard.

S. Vivek

Head-Legal

Vivek is the General Counsel at M2P, where he oversees all legal matters, including corporate structuring and governance, regulatory, and commercial matters. Vivek was a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he advised global corporations and investment banks on securities law and regulatory matters. Prior to joining M2P, Vivek was a Fellow at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU), where he assisted the RBI with a review of its regulatory framework and taught courses on financial regulation. Earlier in his career, Vivek practiced commercial law before the Madras High Court. Vivek has a B.A. LLB (Hons) from NLSIU.
