Moonlighting is a hot topic that sparked polarized debates and mixed responses from the tech industry. A handful of new-age companies recognized and approved the practice.

Earlier in November, we launched our ‘Moonlight with Us’ initiative, a first-of-its-kind program that provides employment opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and artists to take up a role with M2P while still pursuing their passion. Modeled around a flexible work schedule, this initiative aims to provide a safety net for people to pursue their aspirations.

The post-pandemic impact triggered entrepreneurial dreams among many. But the fear of failure or the need to manage finances inhibited several people from taking the plunge. Now, Moonlighting with M2P will help people build on their epic idea, without compromising economic stability by being a part of a firm like us!

M2P actively participated in 2 prestigious events held in the Philippines - Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) Symposium & Inclusion and Digital Transformation (INDX) Summit 2.0.

We are delighted to announce M2P was bestowed with the ‘Fintech Leader of the year’ award at the Fintech India Summit & Awards 2022.

Kannan Murali, our Head of Products & Data Engineering, was part of the BetterPlace panel discussion by YourStory on ‘The Growing Impact of India stack for frontline workforce.’
